EVERYONE
(riders and spectators) must sign a release and waiver
of liability.

All
riders under 18 must have a signed release and waiver of liability
on file. It must be signed by BOTH PARENTS and THEMSELVES.

Children
under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

If
a minor rider is not accompanied by a parent, the parents must send
a document (WHICH HAS THEIR SIGNATURE NOTARIZED) stating
that the named adult will be acting as the legal guardian for the
minor during their presence at the Big Bear Trax event. The
parents must also arrange to have the AMA MINOR RELEASE and WAIVER
OF LIABILITY signed by both of them (WITH THEIR SIGNATURES NOTARIZED)
before the event.

MINIMUM
SAFETY GEAR: face helmets, goggles, gloves, long sleeve
shirts, driving pants (or good blue jeans), and leather boots above
the ankle.

Spectators
must stay in designated areas. Spectators are not allowed on track
or in pit area.

No
alcohol or drugs on premises.

Pets
must be kept on leashes.

No
glass allowed on premises.

carry-ons (except for camping which is CARRY-ON...CARRY-OFF
Policy)*****

No
dumping or littering. Carry in - Carry out.

No
double riding.

No
pit riding.

Kill
switches REQUIRED on dirt bikes.

No
kickstands on dirt bikes.

Speed
limit 5 mph in pit and track entrance area.

All
racers and spectators must behave in a sportsman like manner. Any
racer, parent or fan with unbecoming or abusive behavior may be
removed from the park at the discretion of the event director. FOUL
OR ABUSIVE LANGUAGE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Motorcycle
riding is a dangerous sport/activity. We attempt to keep it as safe
as possible. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE ----- YOU SHOULD
NOT BE RIDING.
